The Cycle of Life

Romans 13:6-7

6 For this same reason you pay taxes, for civil authorities are God’s servants, devoting themselves to governance. 7 Pay to all what is due: tax to whom tax is due, customs to whom customs, respect to whom respect, honor to whom honor...

A cycle of life is to give and receive

In a moment's notice we're on either side

And more important, is it, than we wish to believe

For both can reveal what's deep inside

Her heart.

Do we have integrity to give to whom what is owed

Whether money, respect Or care

He who lives by the sword shall die by the sword

And who abides in honour receives same everywhere

He goes.

And every Giver is worthy To receive

As you give, it is given to you

Whether money, kindness or evil deed

Every Receiver gets what is due

To them.

Prayer: Father, help me to be an intentional giver, with integrity and cheerfulness😊. Help me also to be a humble recipient of the gifts 🎁 you choose to bestow. I am aware that as I give and how I give so too it is given to me in return. I am also aware that I cannot give what I don't have🤷🏾‍♀️, so thank you for goodness, respect, honour, faith, hope, peace, love, forgiveness🙌 and every good gift which I can freely give to others as freely as I have received from YOU. Amen. 🙏
